We’re currently seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn, reliable, and ready to contribute to a growing operation. Note: All open positions are currently Remote.

QUALIFICATIONS

No prior experience is required — training will be provided.
Reliable communication.
Timely completion of tasks.
Professional conduct.
Respect for confidentiality.
Attention to detail, willingness to learn are essential.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Drafting and sending letters/emails.
Preparing purchase requests, and executing approved orders, handles inventory purchasing tasks.
Assisting with modern payment tools and platforms.
Plan travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Handling basic customer service inquiries, and supporting apparel and inventory organization.
Customer communication and follow-ups.
